Yay, I can’t believe I’m nearly there! Just 1 run left on Saturday. I’m 67 and the last 8/9 weeks have been hard but very rewarding. I aim to run twice a week Wednesday and Saturdays from now on as I’m back at work. For anyone starting out, if I can do it so can you! Bring on Saturday 😀
