Week 9 next but feeling deflated

****UPDATE From previous post****

Did week 9 run 1 last night, took on board all your comments and had THE BEST RUN YET!! Concentrated on a steady consistent slow pace, little steps and in the last 5 mins felt fab so cranked it up a bit. Felt really warmed up, no aches and actually ran on a couple of minutes over the 30. Also had tea a couple of hours before I ran in the evening and had much more energy than I normally would after eating very little during the day and then trying to run as soon as I get in from work so maybe the extra fuel helped too. New mindset now. I CAN do this AND actually enjoy it!! Thank you all SO much for your feedback. And heres a little pic of me looking sweaty but happy! 😁

Yay go Slow shuffle! I got w8r2 tomorrow at my pleasant plod pace - love it! We've come such a loooong way!
