Week 7 second run went so much better than run 1. I've taken two rest days, and meant to do some exercise in the house but didn't get round to it, so at 8 pm last night I put Laura's week 2 podcast on and just went out for a brisk walk, the music sets the pace. This morning I decided to leave breakfast until I got home, so I had water and orange juice, and went for it.
On a whim I suddenly decided to reverse my normal circular route and did it anti-clockwise for a change. It was like a different run and I didn't notice the time passing. I didn't start to feel tired until Laura told me I only had 5 minutes left to run, and then I was a bit laboured. Looking forward to run 3 on Friday.
