Aaaahhhh! My goal was 5k for the NHS and I did it despite no faith at all in myself and spraining both ankles! No joke! I'm absolutely dripping in sweat! Gross! It's hot out there! Good luck anyone starting out and keep going! 😊🥵🏃‍♀️
