Well done to you for trying hills at this stage, but if that is your local terrain, that’s what you run. Hill work does make you a stronger runner.

I am a promenade runner so have to go elsewhere to find some slopes. 😂

It is I try not to stop at top to get my breath back and keep moving and gradually catch my breath, by time I am on downhill I have regained my breath
