A day late but done, struggled at 7 min hill but once up and breath back did ok, had to carry dog for a bit as he decided he didnt want to run, but he is a chihuahua and balanced out my water bottle so not too bad tried to upload hill pic but wont let me

Well done you! I’ve just done w7 run2 but decided the dog should stay at home as he’s a bit big to carry 😊

Taz has been with me all the way and looks forward to setting off he just stopped 5 mins into run so carried him halfway up the hill and let him run again then not sure why he stopped.

I’ve got a very stubborn golden lab when he decides to stop he just won’t budge and with the weather being so warm he’s not up for running after 10-15 min 😂

I run between 6 and 7 am so it's cooler, it is me that struggles with heat by 9 am I wouldn't be able to breathe in the heat
