Well chuffed with myself tonight. Had to stop C25K 10 days ago after doing Wk8R2 in a lot of pain!! Been doing a bit of cycling to get keep myself active and tonight I finished Run 8 with no pain!! Yes!!! Hope fully get Wk 9 completed by end of this week. Watch this space!! π€£π€£ P.S. Purchased new Trainers as well which must have helped!!

Well done...how did you find going back to where you left off? I was injured on w8r2 17 days ago...not ready to start back until I know I can walk pain free...hopefully by the end of next week...but I think I'll drop back to week 5.
I was a bit worried at first but after 5 mins I was happy and surprised myself by being able to manage 28 mins. And it was bl**day hot!!π€£ I was toying with going back a week or 2 but I'm so determined to complete this and move on. You can do it!!
