Been feeling anxious lately and thought I would do a run in fact week 9 run 3 and guess what I only ran for 16mins and then stopped. Too much in my head and couldn’t fight it today. Could it be I don’t know what to do after I complete this?

Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.
When you announce your graduation I will send you a link to a guide to post C25k running.
If you cannot wait, it is sitting in the FAQ Posts, which you will find in the Pinned Posts.
Just relax and enjoy it.............this is for fun.

Ooof, we all have tougher days/weeks. Have a good rest and take care of yourself. I think the structure of this programme has given all of us something to focus on, that we are actually in control of, during this awful time. Now that you are getting so close to the end I can imagine it must feel a bit, "what next?". There is definitely lots of advice on here about follow-on programmes post Couch to 5K. You have done so well. Spend a day, or two, or three, however many you need taking care of yourself, then try that run again. x
