Well pleased to have done it! Knee twinge on my cool down walk but have to say I am now starting to enjoy my runs🐌🐢(I use the term VERY loosely 🤣)Now looking forward to the “Milestone “ run on Wednesday, hoping my knee is as excited as I am 🙏🤞.

Cannot believe how this program and forum have given me a whole new zest for life 😊🙏the support is fabulous! Onwards to the milestone ! Halfway through the program never would have thought it possible, the magic keeps happening 🤩🏃‍♀️Go snails 🐌🐌
