I actually enjoyed Run 1 Week 5!

For the first time I was able to add a semi-smiley face to the feedback at the end of my run. I am grateful to those who shared the Japanese slow jogging video clip. Today it transformed my run! I am often passed by others going so much faster than me but I am doing this for me. So I didn’t speed up as people came towards me, hoping I don’t look like the novice that I am. I just kept to MY pace, singing along to my music from time to time. It was great and now I am looking forward to the next run. I am wondering if this running malarkey becomes addictive?! 🤔😁
