Hi, I’ve managed to complete the first 6 weeks without too much of a struggle and seen my pace, stamina and weight improve and am pleased with the progress made from week 1 day 1. After a bit of pain in the inside of my left knee I gave it a few days rest before moving to week 7 but I had to stop 19minutes in this morning as the pain is still there.
While I give my knee more rest and ibuprofen, are there any recommended exercises I should do so I don’t lose too much of the fitness I’ve built up so far?

I have a wonky worn patella that started hurting week two. So rested it a week before running again. I know run with a knee support. Also I do leg raises (I googled exercises good for knees) and cycle on rest days. I still get aches in it, but I did anyway. Good luck sorting it out. Remember to use RICE!
