I’ve been running to get some headspace during the lockdown and haven’t had any music on to give me time to think. Today I decided that I needed something lifting. Made a quick playlist of ‘happy tunes’ and managed to run 1/2 a km more in the 30 mins run time than W9 R1!! Super happy with that! 1 more to graduate and then my new goal is a 35 min 5km xx
