Bit warm for that so should have got out of bed earlier!

I have set my own playlist for running - an odd mix from Carpenters to Black Eyed Peas. Those of a certain age will remember these lyrics which did make me smile (for the first time ever when running)

Such a feelin's comin' over me

There is wonder in 'most every thing I see

Not a cloud in the sky, got the sun in my eyes

And I won't be surprised if it's a dream.

Actually quite fitting for this morning. Hope everyone has a fabulous Sunday.

Oh and spoiler alert - I just looked ahead and there is no more walking between runs and that’s my favourite bit.
