I don’t get hay fever so no idea if this idea actually works but I’ve heard local honey, ie. honey from your local area, if there is any. Hope you find something that helps!

I take Boots Hayfever & Allergy Relief 10 mg tablets( Cetirizine Hydrochloride) it’s a one a day tablet. I have it first thing in the morning, buy 60 tablet pack cheaper. I have been this for years and don’t make you drowsy I hope this helps.

Not sure what meds you are taking but I am on fexafenadine 180mg prescription from doctors (1 tablet a day) and also pirinase nose spray (2 sprays in each nostril) and its helping but the last few days I have been quite wheezy. Pollen is particularly high at the moment.
