Well done to you too! I decided to run without a coach! I just set a timer, went with my playlist,altered my route a little & just see how I felt!
I increased by 3 minutes with the thought process that if if feels like it’s pushing too much, I can just stop ! It’s probably the best I’ve felt yet! I just got lost in the music & didn’t think about how long was left, I just set targets ahead of me, like the next sign post & when I reached that, another target! I’d already plotted the route a few weeks ago, so i knew the distance if I got back near home!
