Drinking more, wearing Sweaty Betty leggings, wearing less, stretching a lot, wearing a running bumbag thing .... I think it’s making a difference ....im not finding it effortless but I have NOT given in yet mid run 🏃♀️

Love my bumbag. I put my phone in it so I can't peek at my stats while I'm running, plus a couple of tissues and little box of raisins for energy on my longer runs, plus my door key. I do it up tight round my waist so it doesn't flop about.

Well done! Do you mind me asking about the Sweaty Betty leggings? I have been eying up the Power Workout ones, both the ordinary and the ones with mesh (presumably airier on hot days???). Is that the style you went for? And how did you find the sizing? Thank you in advance!
