W6R3 - runner!!!!!

Wow so in a previously unheard of early morning weekend start (what has happened to me) I managed to fit in my W6R3 run (well more like jog). I ran for 25mins straight!!!!!! Not easy going but I did it and didn’t give up! I couldn’t run for a minute without dying six weeks ago and certainly wouldn’t have been stressing about whether I could fit in a run before a work shift!! Who am I? 😃😃

Well done. Personally never experienced the early morning run ... too lazy 😬 but this program does change you. I find having to wait for the cool evenings on my run days has me impatient ... it’s my run day, how much longer til I can start. I tell ya .... it’s messed with my head 🤪 In a good way tho 😂

Try it, you'll be hooked! The cooler mornings are lovely with fewer people around, not to mention fewer dogs getting in your way!

Well done! This programme has changed me from a lazy starter (still in pj's at 11 am) to someone who gets up at 7.30 am and out by 8.30 (ok, sometimes it's 9 am). Amazed!

Well done, we are at the same point. Just finished mine yesterday - it feels great. I tend to do my runs in the morning at first it was because I dreaded it particularly wk3 and 4 but now I actually like running in the morning and I never thought I’d say that - I have convinced myself I feel much better and full of energy after I’ve run. So onwards we go to Wk 7. Enjoy your morning running 🤣😀 👍

Well done! Before a work shift too!! I did the same run this morning and am amazed I have got this far. I'm truly buzzing! This plan really works.

Brilliant! I've done the same run this morning too and I feel so happy that I've managed it. It was hard going, but like you, I didn't give up. Yay!

That’s great, I also did the same run this morning and it feels good. It’s amazing what we can do when you put your mind to it and don’t give up.
