Just completed W5 but really struggled, as in, got to 11 minutes and felt like my legs were gonna give way! So just wondered am I OK to go back and start W5 again? And also, my legs are continuously in pain so I'm taking paracetamol for them, is this due to me being overweight or am I doing something wrong? Any tips at all would be helpful as I definitely don't wanna stop now, I've seen so much change in my body and confidence I love it 😊

I was feeling the same as you, knees felt as if they would give way, however it got easier daily. I hardly have any pain now and have just reached w 6 run 3, just keep at it I went slower for a bit hope that’s of some help x

Aww thanks for that! Yeah I've decided I'm gonna start W5 again, no point in trying to progress or push it just yet, it can only make me stronger for w6, well done with your progress that's brilliant!! Xx

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ 😊

Yeah, I was thinking of redoing week 5 as I struggled with that 20 minute run, thanks for replying 😁

You can repeat any runs or week's if you wish, try repeating that run as early as possible to avoid the heat, drink plenty of water the day before you run and just before you run to avoid dehydration, good luck.

Don’t forget the program changes every week so your body has to keep adapting, so a few ache and pains are to be expected. Keep an eye on you pace and stay hydrated 😊
