It is a good article and quite right...look after the knees and most can run...doesn't matter what the speed it. Just a nice little jog and the world looks a better place. 👀👣🌼⚘🌈

Yes, a good read. I like the bit that says nobody cares what you look like, because that is a “thing” for some people, but it’s true, nobody cares 👍😁

I'm behind the times and have just caught up with this post today. A good read, thank you for posting the link Speedy.

It's interesting reading an article like this when you have a few months of running under your belt. I liked the comments about not caring what others think or what you look like, and at the end about not letting the inevitable "I just don't fancy it today" feeling become a slippery slope to stopping.

My favourite quote is "I have never gone for a run and regretted it." On reflection, how true that is. I think I need to print that out.

I am intrigued by the zombies though......? 🧟‍♀️🧟‍♂️
