If you like books about running, this one is full to the brim with incredible stories about how transformational and healing running can be. I love books and I love running - so this made me very happy. 😁

I’ve read ‘Eat, Drink, Run’ and just finished ‘Running like a girl’. I enjoy reading about people running and their challenges and it keeps me motivated. I’ll definitely be getting that one you mentioned. Thanks 👍

Oooh I have read those 2 as well, loved them. I think you will enjoy Outrunning the Demons - but be warned, enormously sad in places. 😢
