I reversed my usual route and what a difference that made! After the first 5 minutes, I just started thinking of other things and wondering if I was going to come off furlough, and then, before I knew it, there was just 5 minutes left to run 😳 I just couldn’t believe it. Looking at Strava when I finished, my running pace had improved and ran at 6.47 /km. I’m in shock as I honestly thought that I took it re-all-y slow.
Can’t believe that I’ve only got 2 weeks left 🥴
