Week 4 Completed!

I so did not want to get out of bed at 6 this morning and was trying to convince myself to leave my final run of week 4 until tomorrow. I felt so blergh. But I decided to go for it and I am so glad I did as it was fine and now I can have a lie in tomorrow (fat chance of that with two dogs but I can dream).

I didn’t think I’d ever manage to run for 5 minutes, now I actually can see myself running for 8 next week, maybe not more than that yet though! I’ve tried not to think too much beyond the week I’m on because when I’ve tried to run in the past I’ve had to stop due to terrible headaches. Now, as long as I run when it’s cool I can think about this more long term. Looking forward to some shops reopening so I can buy some better running shoes!

Have a great weekend everyone.

Helen

Well done!

I dragged myself up this morning and have just completed wk5 R1, it wasn't so bad.....look how far we've come!

I find getting up and out early is best because a) not many people to see me and b) when I get home I can shower ready for the day!

Good luck 😊

Totally agree! Would rather be out and back before anyone else is around although there are a lot more people out today. It definitely sets you up ready for the day ahead and I feel good that I’ve done lots of steps before starting work. Have a great day.
