I can't believe I actually done 5 minutes of running in one go. (16 minutes overall, that's MENTAL!!)
Thank you for everyones advice and support on my last post in regards to motivation (I was blown away from how people are so supportive in this community) because believe me it helped - especially the rubbing out my negative thoughts with an eraser (@couchphoenix1) and trying to think that its only half a song left (@thatwasunexpected) - that was genius and saved me from quitting multiple times!
The last 5 minutes were definitely the worse. I had jelly like legs, struggling to breathe for the last 20 seconds, but I pushed through and just thought "you are so close, why stop now?" and the feeling I have now is absolutely worth it every second of feeling like my lungs were about to fail!
If anyone is doubting their journey - please don't. You CAN do this. It's tough, and a lot of it is a mental game, but once you've got that mindset you need, there's no stopping you.
