Oo might try that, my husband has an arm band thing but I don’t like how it feels!!! Waist one sounds good, essentially a runners bumbag so I can pretend it’s the 1980s again...
Don't feel bad about being overtaken because a "real runner" went past you. You ARE a real runner! You will end up being just as fast as them - it just takes time to build up that pace and stamina!
If you are finding it too hot, try and run early in the morning or late in the evening - I can't stand hot weather most of the time and I found this really helped me not struggle as much as I was at the beginning of C25K
I carry my phone through an armband I found on amazon, which I find really works as I can put my house key and debit card/cash in a little slot too so I've got stuff incase of an emergency. Some people prefer something around the waist as some people don't like the weight on their arm but I haven't really noticed it!
Firstly, well done for even going out but dont forget, that 'Real Runner' had to start from somewhere as they didnt get to where they're at straight away. Training comes first. Dont even let it get into your head. If theres a Decathlon shop near you try looking on their website for belts, bags and any other running equipment. Good luck
Blimey, that is such stuff that dreams are made of! Real runners are a) faster b)thinner c) have expansive selections of colourful Lycra d) don’t appear to pant/ sweat... 👏🏼🤸♂️🏃♂️🧘♀️🙄
