BBC weather girl our Carol put an 18 over the island today but it feels so muggy not a breath of air.

I almost feel like a runner I dressed in nija black lycra and I ran 4.03 in 28 mins, I did try and slow down a bit as I’m not sure how much would have been left in the tank if I’d been running for 30 mins but found it more difficult to slow down today.

Off to brighton to see Lionel Richie on Friday morning so will try and run before my flight. I cant believe I’ve got this far its amazing . Two of my friends and my fifteen year old daughter have started C25K how fab it that 😀😀
