Well I knew Sunday’s run was a fluke. Went out earlier this morning as it was going to be warm. Didn’t expect the wind though, but it wasn’t as bad as Sunday. I realised early on that my time was a lot slower as I wasn’t reaching my usual milestones at 5mins, 10mins etc. I don’t know why as I felt good otherwise and I wasn’t apprehensive about completing it. The only thing I can think of is that I didn’t hydrate properly yesterday. After our morning walk yesterday, we went into the garden in the afternoon, so although I had had a couple of glasses of water when I came back from the walk, I realised when we came back in later that I hadn’t had any fluids all afternoon. Although I then started taking fluids, I guess it’s better to take them regularly over the day( as I have been) rather than concentrate it later in the day. I was only doing some weeding and tidying, nothing strenuous and didn’t get any active minutes on my Fitbit!Anyway, it’s done and I’m looking forward to my last run on Thursday.

Take pride that you’ve ran for 30 mins non stop, again! From Week 1 to now, you, like everyone starting, it seems like a pipe dream! We all have other things to be getting on with in life, even in lockdown! I’m drinking so much water, I’m starting to feel sea sick when I walk! You’ll smash 9/3! 💪
Thanks, not sure about smashing it. Just finishing will do me. You’re right though, when I started I never really thought I would finish it at all, far less without any repeat runs. I was annoyed that hubby told the kids as I expected I would have to explain to them that I’d given up. And now I’m nearly there. Chuffed to bits
Don’t be disappointed!! My 8-3 run was like that- really hard work. It’s absolutely brilliant that you pushed on and completed it- that takes guts and determination. See you at the finish line!!! We can do it!!! 😀😀🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
