On 26th May 2019 I did week 1 run 1 and was out of breath on the 1 minute run.Today exactly a year later I did my first sub 25 minute 5k (24.18).

I can’t thank you enough for your app I am now off blood pressure tablets and 2 stone lighter and love my morning runs.Stick at it if you are new to the app it really does work.

Hi there, I am nearly there, having started at the end of March I am now on Week 7 and wondering where I take this once the podcasts on the app run out. What did you do next to help you keep going?

I just found a couple of nice routes near where I live (I’m in London but can run along the Thames) and just ran not really looking at times and gradually it came down-last august 35 min,December first sub 30 min and then as I mention today first 25 min.

I’ll be honest I'm 53 still have BMI of 28.5 that’s possibly the limit of my abilities but if I take a few seconds off here or there then it will be a nice bonus but mostly it’s just getting out and enjoying the scenery listening to 80s songs on my dab radio.
