Well tonight I was actually sat on the sofa & I thought come on let’s do it! So I downloaded the “Couch to 5k” app & did my first 28mins of exercise for so many years I can’t even remember! Feeling very proud of myself!

It’s a fantastic feeling when you actually make the move. I find it hard to believe that I am starting week 5. I was like you, laid on my couch and then one day I decided “this is it”.
