Did my 2nd one today and used the W9R3 to guide me. I find the last 10 minutes difficult. I worry that without the programme I might slip.
Is it normal? Does it get easier?
I’m going to try 3 x per week. Run 1 was just me running and today the app for 30 minutes. It all feels more difficult without the programme structure!

This is why we have the Consolidation club post each month healthunlocked.com/couchto5... where you can see what others are doing and discuss plans knowing that at least one member of the admin team is looking out for you.
My advice is to find a target for each run, certainly for each week, so that you can feel you are still achieving.
Thanks! Didn’t really set goals but need to do that. Going to stick with three days a week. 20 min, 30 min and 35 min but different routes. For 2 weeks then switch it around again. Hope that gives me good structure with bit of change. Good luck with your graduation!!
I’m almost finished week 9 and, like you, I’m a bit worried that without something to aim for, I might slack off. I won’t be running 5k by the end, possibly nearly 4k, so my plan is to do 3runs each week increasing by 3minutes till I get to 5k, eg 33,36,39. I double back in my route so can work out a landmark to aim for at approximately 3minutes extra. I’ll probably rerun week9 app, running the last 5minutes cool down and also the 5minute warm up and see how I get on( I do a longer warm up to get to my start) I don’t have any wish to do 10k, 5k will be a great achievement. Hopefully by then I’ll be enjoying running rather than dreading it!!
