After 3 days non-running, I wasn’t looking forward to starting a week of 25 minute runs. When I did the last run of week 6, I had very heavy legs in the last 5 minutes. Actually today, the first 5 minutes was the toughest, but I built up a steady rhythm and by the end of it had actually surpassed 5k as well! Feeling really pleased with myself and looking forward to the next two runs.
