Damn week 7 to hell. Week 6, run 3: I smashed it out of the park. Was nervous but managed it and actually I felt, quite easily. Well didn't I count my chickens before they hatched! I should be at the end of week 7 today but Tuesday I had to walk three times for a minute each, Thursday the same though went a bit longer on the last to bits and today was improved and thankfully only stopped for one minute tvelve seconds but man I was annoyed that I had to stop and walk. I have told myself I will not continue to week eight until I have done one full 25min run so wish me luck for Tuesday because I'm gunna need it.

Keep at it. W6R3 I was feeling chuffed. W7R1 felt like a real struggle. Be interesting to see what the rest of W7 is like 😩
You too. Looks like we're in the same boat. I do a minute run/ minute walk for each time I've had to rest walk. It at least makes me feel like I've still done 25mins of running and it helps a bit to spur me on as I know I still have to keep going even at the end of the program the more walk breaks I take.
Fingers crossed for both of us. Week 7 won't beat us.

I had exactly the same problem in W7. Had 6 practice runs before I managed to complete the 25 minutes. Graduated on Friday, can only encourage you to persevere and let you know it can be done.
