Week 3! 2nd Run

This is week 3 for me and the second run of the week and I managed it completely without stopping I know it's only 3 minutes each time but I never EVER thought I would be able to run that amount of time before! Being asthmatic it has been a huge challange for me but I'm so proud of myself!!
