I’ve been putting off week 6 run 3. I found week 5 run 3 hard so I just didn’t think I could do it. I normally run every other day but put this off for 4 days. I’ve just completed it and feel so happy that I managed it. My legs and breathing were fine, it’s made me realise it is all in my head.
For anyone reading this who doesn’t think they can do it, believe in yourself. I’m 29 and haven’t really exercised since school. I struggled on week 1 just running 60 seconds, if I can do it so can you.
