Wow - can’t believe that I ran 28 mins and feel good for it! I when I first started c25k, I couldn’t envisage running or enjoying it at all and I’m so proud of myself for getting this far. Roll on wk9 😀🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️

Brilliant! I am about to start Week 8 tomorrow and feel reasonably confident after a good final run on Week 7. Hoping the extra 3 mins will be ok because I managed a sprint(ISH) finish last time out. Any tips? 😁
