The first run of week 7 was a struggle for me as it was very sunny and I tired out quickly. I focused on hydration for the last few days and completed run 2 with a lot more power, although I find that the runs still aren’t easy. I run slowly but have found that my slow pace has slightly increased naturally as I am reaching points in my run faster than the previous runs of the same time. I am not trying to go faster or tiring myself out by doing so. Looking forward to run 3 of week 7 and starting week 8 soon! 💪 🏃♀️ 😁
