Going to start W9 R1 on Monday. Graduate Friday? 😃Just wanted to say I have found all the comments and advice on here fantastic. I will let you know how I get on. I averaged about 3.9 in 28 mins so hopefully not too far away from that mystical 5km in 30 mins.
