Just got back from run 3 of wk 4 and feeling proud of myself for completing this wk when at the start I didnt think I would do it. Slowed my pace down abit so my breathing was more manageable.

Brilliant. Good for you.

The program really does work. As long as you do all the right things, go slow and slower again if you need to, keep well hydrated even on rest days.... then very often, the biggest challenge is in our heads.

You did it though, great job. Now enjoy a couple of days rest and onwards and upwards for you

Thanks for your support now I need to train my brain into telling myself that I dont need a bottle of wine everyday oh then all the junk food that goes with that.

I'm pretty good at mentally preparing for and pushing through a run.

I'm never mentally prepared to turn down wine though 🤣🍷🍹🥂😃😃😃

Me neither unfortunately, starting C25K to lose weight and get fit but then drink a bottle of wine, one step at a time!
