Over half way to 5k now and have done runs 1 & 2 of wk 5. I have 2 comments to make:
1. Runs were not hard probably because I was going so slowly - at this rate 5k will take 40 min + On a couple of occasions I was concerned about overtaking fast walkers.
2. I have to admit though that the programme does work. I definitely feel stronger and fitter and am not so nervous as before about future longer runs.
