Hardly slept last night was so excited (nervous 🙊) about this run, esp knowing I’d have to run from home and that means the hill of doom 😳😳

Anyway reader, I achieved my feat, and ran for 30 minutes.

Thank You! I have huge imposter syndrome about running, so when I hit the hill about 6 minutes into the run combined with the toxic 10 - I honestly wonder why I even think I can do this 😳😳

But!! We CAN do this! We are doing this!

Thank You! Think that partly why I worried about today was the wind! And yes it was breezy when first got out, but then I didn’t really notice it once the hill had been climbed! Then it was about enjoying the view along the canal!
