So today was the day I start this .....it did not got well.....mainly due to my back started to really hurt so I had to stop but also because the dog wanted to try and stop to sniff everything so may have to not take him at first. So I need to see my gp about my back and then try again I'm not giving up I hate being beat!

Welcome and well done 👍 for starting that’s the hard part. Rest now until the next session. You will need to stretch as you are using different muscles so maybe tight. Don’t forget to drink lots of water.

Follow the advice in the guide to the plan on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.
Some core strength exercises will probably help your back .
