So week 7 run 1 tonight. Really in a bad place today so was a internal fight to even go out! Really struggled but kept telling myself it's worth it as I like the elated feeling when I finish. Somehow I kept pushing and did it. Finding I'm running just under 4k and keeping a good pace I do hope I get faster though. Any advice greatly received

Brilliant. Well done honestly wouldn’t worry about the pace or distance at the moment the most important thing is you did it and managed 25 minutes running. 🥳🏃👍🏻

I did the same run yesterday. Body wanted to stop half way round coming up to a hill had to slow down and force myself to carry on. Its so difficult but imagine how we gonna feel after week 9 r3 😊

Well done the hardest part is always getting out there. As for pace it sounds like you're doing ok. I wouldn't worry about it tho. There'll be times when you feel like you're going backwards. The main thing is to get out there and enjoy it. I'll let you into a secret, I thought it would get easier but it doesn't🥴. The reason for that I've recently realised is because we constantly challenge ourselves. There's a wish to run faster or further but to do that we have to endure. As long as you are seeing improvement give yourself a pat on the back!! 👏👏
