Week 5

Just finished week five , as said in a previous post, I was dreading it. After some good links and advice from here I changed my outlook and have just completed the final run. I actually felt better running than during all the previous ones. Proof that this system works and also that mental attitude is a big help.

To all struggling all I can offer is that in the beginning I was starting out at too fast a pace, once I learned to slow down and pace myself things seemed to get easier.

Stay safe and stay running

Thanks again C25K for getting me off the sofa.......πŸ˜ƒ
