Evening everyone, after advise I'm on week 6 run 3 tomorrow and would actually like to start tracking my runs. To date just been concentrating on getting them done and not how far I actually doing. What is the best app to use? Many thanks

Hi! Congratulations on your progress so far! There’s loads of apps available and I think it comes down to personal preference. I use Strava as it works well alongside the C25k app. I’m sure you’ll get lots of other suggestions too. Perhaps try a few and see which you prefer. Good luck with the rest of the programme x

Hi again lol.. I use strava to map and time the runs. It does include the walking part as well. You could just use it for the running if preferred

I’d been using Strava for the whole workout, so when it got to straight runs I carried on with Strava for the whole session and also use map my walk for just the running bit

I downloaded strava last week, it’s working out good so far. Let’s you track your progress and pace etc. I start it just as I’m about to run and when I’ve finished running (so don’t include the warm up walks) 🏃‍♀️

Hi! I have a garmin hr+ and like it a lot. It buzzes at every km (or mile, if you prefer) and that gives me a further feeling of acomplishment. It also avoids my phone running out of batteries, which happens super fast if it is tracking my route.
