Not really a question as it has been answered... Never ran before and never thought I could!! During lockdown thought I'd start. Well I've just smashed running Week 6 run 3 and ran for 25 mins. I noticed that I'd only ran about 3 miles so came on to this site to see if that was normal or am I running too slowly. Thanks for all the chats on here... This had made me feel even better!!
