Hi on week 4 of c25k. Started as part of weight loss regime. Was 18st 11lbs 8 weeks ago and have lost 2 stone since and am beginning to enjoy the running which i never thought i'd say...!!

I know! It's amazing isn't it

I lost nearly five stones, and through healthy eating, running and walking, have managed to keep the lard at bay for nearly 7 years.

That's great, especially that you enjoy it now. I'm trying to shed some pounds too and hated running previously so I find this post really encouraging.

Thanks, i'm just taking it steady. You can always repeat a week if your not ready to go on to the following week..good luck
