Hi on week 4 of c25k. Started as part of weight loss regime. Was 18st 11lbs 8 weeks ago and have lost 2 stone since and am beginning to enjoy the running which i never thought i'd say...!!

That's great, especially that you enjoy it now. I'm trying to shed some pounds too and hated running previously so I find this post really encouraging.
