Evening all
Just had a thought, so I have 4 runs left.. then what, what do I do?
What have some of you guys done, longer? faster ? What’s the drill?

When you announce your graduation I will send you a link to a guide to post C25k running.
If you cannot wait, it is sitting in the FAQ Posts, which you will find in the Pinned Posts.
I’ve been thinking the same - I’m not sure I can do it without Jo telling me how long I have been running for lol.
First of all, what an achievement! 😁 Well done! Now, nearly a year on, I use the nike run club app which has lots of guided runs that range from 15 mins and above in terms of time, a big variety of distance runs (Including guided 5K ones) and they also have mood runs that sometimes feature the man who is involved with the mindfulness app headspace! (They also have the ‘I don’t want to run, run’ which is useful😂!)
You can go longer or you can go quicker or you can just run like you are doing 😊 I think for me, it was about remembering why I started in the first place, for mental health. When I remembered that I realised that just running how I was and not putting pressure on to go harder or faster felt less daunting when I finished my C25K! 😊 It’s all about where / how far you want to take it or whether you’re just doing it for the love of running 😁
Thank you
Running was about getting me mentally through furlough. I have a full on fantastic job and I’m a mum of 3 great and now grown up kids so my requirement there is bank and Uber 😂.
No work has made me really look at what else is in my life and what do I ‘June’like to do?
Truth is there was this huge hole, which running has now started to fill. So I really want to keep this up for me!!
I'm in the same place as you, in run number and wondering what to do next! I have browsed some of the consolidation tips and suppose I'll have to try some things out - podcasts, varying routes, and looking at getting to 5km. One day I want to do a park run! Keep it up bumblebee!
