It's easy to lose focus once the structure of C25K is over but I cannot emphasise enough how important consolidating is. Some people including myself repeated week 9 for a while, there is also Nike Run Club which has some great and inspiring coached runs.
One thing that really helps is using an app like Strava and doing the same run each time but stopping at 30 minutes then seeing how your pace and distance improves. I've knocked 40 seconds per Kilometre off my pace by doing this since I graduated in January, that's not really trying it's just as my fitness is improving. Seeing this happen every week really motivates me to keep going and getting better.
don’t forget also that you get endorphins and produce melatonin which is the body’s natural protection against free radicals but you also need a good dark night sleep to repair.
