Yes really tough rum in the rain but managed it all. However my tracking app says I only ever complete 2.3 miles maximum even at 28 minutes. I run quite slow am averaging a 12 minute mile but I run for the full time and trying to build stamina.
Not sure if the distance is more important or the length of run 🏃♀️

You're doing great. Don't worry about distance, the plan is to run for 30 minutes.
Hardly anyone manages 5k by the end of week 9! But it means 5k is definitely achievable after completing the programme.
Your speed is what it needs to be for you at the moment. Plenty of time to progress after you've finished! I wouldn't push speed now if you're comfortable with it.
