I was out at 7am starting week 5 run 1 and it was a good run. Very tiring at times but maybe more mental than physical. Definitely feel fitter and I’m loving the challenge each new week brings. Wasn’t so long ago I was struggling to run for a minute so the plan clearly works 💪
