Completed week 7.

Can’t believe I have now run for 25 mins 4 times in just over a week. The run today was the hardest of the 4 less distance and higher heart rate. It was very windy, dont know whether to push to week 8 or redo week 7.

I had several practice runs in W7 before finally managing the full 25 minutes 3 times. (W6R3 the app stopped but I think I was about right) Did W8R1 yesterday and I was ok just had to keep pushing on. I’d say go for W8 it’s 3 minutes extra which if you pace yourself (slow down) is not that much extra and if you don’t make the 28 it’s good “practice”.

Hi I've just finished WK 6 which I've found very challenging! Almost gave in on 25 min run but so proud that I pushed on. However approaching WK 7 with caution...could be kill or cure 😆

Keep going Quackquackquack we can do this! I think 🤔

I think a lot of us have tried a lockdown couch to 5 K.

I'm trying so hard to not have to repeat weeks/runs which is what forces me on, I worry if I fail a single run it will kill my motivation! However, if I manage to graduate, I might initially use the last few weeks of the program to consolidate my running 🤔

Me too- found the 25 mins much harder than I thought I would!!! It was blowing a gale today though so maybe it’s that. Onwards and upwards but now more concerned about the next run....

Well done for getting this far Qqq! Each run is preparation for the next one so if you’ve managed to complete the 3 week 7 runs I’d be inclined to say move on to week 8 and see how you get on. You can always repeat the runs there if you need to! Good luck with your last 2 weeks!
